chore: stop tracking storage/ uploads in git to reduce repo size

فایل‌های آپلودی کاربران (عکس/ویدیو محصولات، پست‌ها، پروفایل، استوری) روی
سرور واقعی موجودن و نیازی نیست توی گیت هم ذخیره بشن؛ فقط باعث حجیم شدن
مداوم رپو می‌شدن. خود فایل‌ها روی دیسک دست‌نخورده می‌مونن، فقط از ایندکس
گیت حذف شدن.
